The Patient Acquisition of Virtue
Paul didn’t want Timothy to throw in the towel because he didn’t have the same type of influence that some of the other apostles had. He wanted Timothy to keep living into the basics…day in and day out. Because it would be this persistent and enduring faith/ministry that would impact and save others.
