In 2017 Ryan packed up his family, left his job at Liberty University in Virginia and moved to Colorado to launch SFC’s Leadership Development Program.
Since that time, Ryan has molded SFC into a movement that is shaped more like Jesus. He has worked closely mentoring our staff leaders, he planned and executed amazing conferences, developed podcasts, launched online trainings and so much more! Ryan’s done these all with grace, generosity, wisdom and a dedication to quality that really stands out.
This month, Ryan has made the transition to a new role at SFC and in his broader community. He is the new Senior Pastor at Dillon Community Church, one of SFC’s oldest and closest partner churches, and we couldn’t be more excited for him.
Ryan will continue to invest in the SFC mission and will keep a limited selection of strategic mentoring and consulting roles moving forward.
