We envision a growing community of Christian disciples shining our light on the slopes and in our community, as we boldly share God’s love through friendship evangelism, Christ-centered fellowship, and others-centered servanthood for the glory of God. We are a group of believers who love the Lord. We seek to let the love of Jesus shine, thereby drawing others to want to know Him also.

About SFC Taos

We regularly meet to fellowship, engage in devotion and Bible study, and reach out to others in the skiing/snowboarding culture and the local community. For example, such activities may include food and fellowship game or video nights, pre-season conditioning, hiking or biking the mountain trails, skiing and snowboarding as a group, or meeting on the mountain for prayer and devotional time.

We reach out by participating in community events like the recent Town of Taos Touch-a-truck event at the Youth and Family Center to invite others to join us and by attending the Town Halloween celebration to invite people to our church-sponsored Family Fun Fest immediately following.

We recently sponsored a bowling afternoon for anyone to attend, and we are scheduled for a late October bonfire night for worship and fellowship.
