Join us in Queenstown to celebrate 30 years of SFC. We’ll be based at Lakelands Park with skiing and snowboarding at the Remarkables and Coronet Peak — both within 20 minutes.

Schedule

Friday: Check-in from 2pm, dinner at 5pm, Session 1 at 7pm
Saturday: Breakfast, shred together, dinner at 5pm, Session 2
Sunday: Breakfast, worship service, shred together, dinner at 5pm, Session 3
Monday: Breakfast, clean up and check-out by 10am

Getting Here

Shuttles to and from Queenstown International Airport are included in your registration. Please book flights that align with the check-in time (Friday from 2pm) and check-out time (Monday by 10am). Transport will not be arranged from any airport outside the Queenstown area.

What’s Included

• Eight meals: dinner Friday through breakfast Monday. A grab-and-go lunch (rolls, fruit, and something sweet) is included each day to take up to the mountain.
• Lodging from Friday night through Monday morning in dorm-style accommodation. Families should note their needs in the comments at registration and we’ll coordinate the best option. Private rooms can be requested but cannot be guaranteed — it depends on overall numbers.
• Shuttles to and from the ski resorts
• All programming and speaker costs
• A few other fun things we’ll tell you about later

What’s Not Included

• Linen — bring your own, or add a linen pack for $25. Indicate this in your registration comments.
• Lift tickets and gear rental — not included, but if you have an Ikon Pass, you’re set: a full Ikon Pass includes 7 days at NZSki resorts and the Ikon Base Pass includes 5 days. Both cover the Remarkables and Coronet Peak in Queenstown, and Mt. Hutt near Methven.

• Standard (after June 1): $220

Child/Youth

• Early bird: $160
• Standard: $180

Family Rate (2 adults + 2 children)

• Early bird: $670 (each additional child $110)
• Standard: $730 (each additional child $120)

Ages 5 and under: Free

Day visitors (evening sessions and dinner only): $15 per day
