Join us in the Austrian Alps for a weekend of riding at one of Europe’s most beautiful glacier ski resorts — Kaunertal Glacier, just 40 minutes from where we’re staying. Whether you’re a seasoned snowboarder, a weekend ski-tourer, or a family with young kids, all are welcome. Expect slushy park laps, groomer runs, evening sessions, worship, panel discussions, good food, and great people.

Schedule

Thursday: Check-in from 4pm, dinner at 6pm, Session 1
Friday: Breakfast, shred together, dinner at 6pm, Session 2
Saturday: Breakfast, shred together, dinner at 6pm, Session 3
Sunday: Breakfast, morning programming, check-out by 11am

Getting Here

The nearest airports are Innsbruck, Munich, and Zurich — aim for one of those. Please book flights that align with check-in (Thursday from 4pm) and check-out (Sunday by 11am).

There are no organised shuttles. We’ll send around a car-sharing spreadsheet a few weeks before the event, and we’ll make sure everyone gets to the hotel. This is Europe — public transport is also a solid option.

What’s Included

• Six meals: dinner Thursday through breakfast Sunday
• Lodging from Thursday night through Sunday morning in dorm-style accommodation. Families should note their needs in the registration comments and we’ll coordinate the best option.
• All programming costs
• A few other fun things we’ll tell you about later

What’s Not Included

• Lift tickets — can be purchased at the glacier or booked online at kaunertaler-gletscher.ltibooking.com
• Gear rental — available on the glacier through Larcher Sport (larcher-sport.com). You can also ask in the group chat if anyone can bring spare gear.
• Lunch — not provided, but you’re welcome to grab a bread roll or two from the breakfast buffet, or enjoy something at the glacier restaurant.
