Join us in Bozeman to celebrate 30 years of SFC. We’ll be staying at Yellowstone Alliance Adventures with skiing and snowboarding at Bridger Bowl or Big Sky — both within 40 minutes.

Schedule

Thursday: Check-in from 2pm, dinner at 5pm, Session 1
Friday: Breakfast, shred together, dinner at 5pm, Session 2
Saturday: Breakfast, shred together, dinner at 5pm, Session 3
Sunday: Breakfast, morning programming, check-out by 11am

Getting Here

Fly in and out of Bozeman Airport. Please aim to arrive Thursday between 11am and 5pm, and depart Sunday after 11am so your times align with check-in and check-out.

If you need a shuttle, we’ll be organizing group rental cars and assigning you to a group. Add the shuttle option at checkout ($50) and submit your flight times and phone number via the form provided.

What’s Included

• Six meals: dinner Thursday through breakfast Sunday. Lunch is not provided — bring your own, or plan to buy something on the mountain.
• Lodging from Thursday night through Sunday morning in dorm-style accommodation. Families should note their needs in the registration comments and we’ll coordinate the best option. Private rooms are available for an additional cost — just let us know in the comments.
• All programming and speaker costs
• A few other fun things we’ll tell you about later

What’s Not Included

• Lunch — not provided. Bring your own each day (no refrigeration available, so pack accordingly) or plan to buy on the hill.
• Lift tickets and gear rental — not included. Group lift ticket rates may be available; fill out the form at registration if you’re interested and pricing will be confirmed closer to the event.
• Linens — bedding and towels are not included, but can be added for $30, or bring your own.

Standard Registration

• New reduced cost for people 25 years old and under! Only $299!

Without Lodging

• $250 — conference attendance, meals, and programming only

Local Single-Day

• $75 suggested donation — covers meals, programming, and speaker costs for one day
