The Mid-Atlantic is a hodgepodge of middle-sized resorts and mom n’ pop ski hills. Their short, “weather-based” seasons mean any time on the shred stick requires spontaneity. The Mid-Atlantic scene is therefore full of OPPORTUNISTS. Whether it’s a storm of the century, light dusting or even freezing rain, these dudes are gung-ho and they’re out there in it.

Regional Directors

To start off, my name is Josh Knipple. Yes, that truly is my last name, and you can join along laughing. It might cheer you up. Anyway, my wife Lindsey and I are the Mid-Atlantic Regional Directors. I have been on skis since learning to walk, so being on the mountain has always been part of my life. When Lindsey and I started dating, a weekly ride night was always one of our favorite dates. Next to being on the mountain, we have a love for Jesus and serving others. Working with SFC is a natural fit. We are truly excited to see where God is going to take this ministry! On a personal note, we have 4 kids: Eli, Silas, Evans, and Elliston who we hope will one day share in the ministry with us.
